Use the product as coaching support, not medical care

figoat is built to help with training structure, logging, recovery check-ins, and coaching-style guidance. It is not medical care and should not replace a clinician, registered dietitian, or qualified in-person coach when you need one.

If product guidance conflicts with medical advice, injury limitations, or any other safety constraint that applies to you, stop and follow the safer source.

• Use the product only when exercise and training decisions are safe for you.
• Do not rely on the app in situations where you need emergency or medical support.
• Keep your account access secure and avoid sharing credentials.
• Do not attempt to abuse, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Every plan opens with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged until it ends. If you do not cancel during the trial, the plan you chose begins billing at its listed price — $20 per month for Athlete or $100 per month for Elite — and renews automatically every month at that price until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from account settings in one click. Cancelling stops all future renewals immediately and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

Refunds are governed by our refund policy. In short: 14 days from a charge if the paid features are unused that period, billing errors refunded in full whatever the timing, and App Store purchases refunded by Apple rather than by us.

Paid AI and voice features include the rolling 30-day usage allowances shown on the plan page. Shorter burst and daily safeguards can also apply for reliability.

Prices can change, but never for a period you have already paid for. We will tell you before a price change affects your subscription, and you can cancel first.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and figoat each consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact support@figoat.com. Almost everything is faster to resolve that way, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about it.

Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law of the place you live that cannot be waived by agreement.

Some features depend on third-party providers or supporting infrastructure, and the exact feature set may change as the product improves.
