Use the product as coaching support, not medical care

These terms summarize the main responsibilities that matter when you use the app. The goal is clarity: what the service is, what it is not, and what you are responsible for.

Fitness guidance only

The app is designed for informational training support, not medical diagnosis or treatment.

You decide what is safe

You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, cardio session, or nutrition change fits your situation.

Subscriptions renew

Paid access renews according to the billing terms shown at checkout unless you cancel before renewal.

Use the service responsibly

Do not misuse the product, share compromised access, or use it where exercise would be unsafe.

Scope

Figoat provides informational fitness guidance

Figoat is built to help with training structure, logging, recovery check-ins, and coaching-style guidance. It is not medical care and should not replace a clinician, registered dietitian, or qualified in-person coach when you need one.

If product guidance conflicts with medical advice, injury limitations, or any other safety constraint that applies to you, stop and follow the safer source.

Member responsibility

You are responsible for safe use and accurate account information

  • Use the product only when exercise and training decisions are safe for you.
  • Do not rely on the app in situations where you need emergency or medical support.
  • Keep your account access secure and avoid sharing credentials.
  • Do not attempt to abuse, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Billing

Paid subscriptions follow the terms shown at checkout

If you purchase a paid subscription, the renewal timing, pricing, and cancellation terms are the ones shown during checkout.

Unless you cancel before the next renewal, the subscription continues according to those billing terms.

Availability

Features can change as the product evolves

Some features depend on third-party providers or supporting infrastructure, and the exact feature set may change as the product improves.
